  • Flower delivery & placement
  • Memorial message delivery
  • Ongoing cemetery care plans

All services are performed using preservation-first methods and non-abrasive techniques appropriate for the specific memorial material.

2. Estimates & Scheduling

  • All estimates are provided based on the information supplied at the time of request.
  • Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from what was described.
  • Service availability may vary based on cemetery regulations, weather conditions, and seasonal factors.

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to:

  • Severe weather
  • Unsafe site conditions
  • Cemetery restrictions

3. Cemetery Regulations

Clients are responsible for ensuring that requested services comply with the specific cemetery’s rules and regulations.

Gravestone Revival is not responsible for restrictions imposed by cemetery management.

If access is denied or services are restricted by cemetery authorities, the client will be notified.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be communicated prior to service completion.
  • Certain services may require payment prior to scheduling.
  • Ongoing care plans may require recurring payment agreements.

Failure to submit payment may result in service cancellation.

5. Preservation Disclaimer

Gravestone Revival uses preservation-first, non-harsh methods designed to safely remove biological growth and surface soiling.

However:

  • We do not guarantee structural repair of damaged stones.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing cracks, instability, or deterioration.
  • Some staining may be permanent depending on stone type and age.

All services are performed with care and professional judgment.

6. Photo Documentation

Before-and-after photos may be taken for documentation purposes.

Photos:

  • May be shared directly with the client
  • Will not be publicly displayed without written permission

7. Limitation of Liability

Gravestone Revival is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing structural damage
  • Hidden internal stone fractures
  • Acts of nature (weather, flooding, ground shifting)
  • Third-party damage occurring after service completion

Liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of booking.

Refunds may be issued at our discretion depending on service status and work performed.
